Wlan driver load unsuccessful

Did you get any notification on Dell Support Assist application to download the driver? In response to SreejithR. Yes I got a message to update and the WiFi driver and Bios updates failed, the rest were ok. I subsequently tried a manual download using the site Download Manager, it just hung.

I then tried using the browser download and it succeeded. I updated the Bios ok. Any suggestions on how to progress then? Seems very quite out there, no suggestions? JOcean 6 Indium. After several other updates were installed, this one kept repeating itself, so I just restarted the PC. Now, the support section "software and drivers" tells me there are updates available, but when I click on it, I'm told everything is up to date.

Why even after several years can't HP and its support assistant solve this for the users on HP's own devices?
