Enter from N. Pacific Place, one-half block west of Montlake Boulevard. A pedestrian tunnel leads from the garage to the third main floor of the medical center. The garage has parking stalls; 67 are labeled for disability parking and nine are wheelchair-accessible.

Parking staff work from 6 a. Pay as you leave. Garage parking is free on Sundays, and after-hours parking is available. The garage has a vehicle height restriction of 6-feet, 8 inches. Reach the Triangle Garage at All patient and visitor parking will be accommodated in the Triangle Garage, with overflow parking located at the light rail station across Montlake Boulevard from UW Medical Center — Montlake. Vehicles that are over 6'8" and can't fit in the Triangle garage, can park in the designated section of the S1 parking lot, located south behind UWMC — Montlake on Columbia Road.

Please make sure that you pay for your parking at the pay station located near the S1 parking area, as UWMC— Montlake does not control the parking in this location. For questions related to parking in the S1 garage, please stop by the parking gatehouse, located on Columbia Road. UW Medical Center parking lots are available to patients and visitors. UW Medical Center — Montlake's main entrance and its parking facilities enable easy access for all visitors. Disability parking is available in at the Triangle and Surgery Pavilion garages, and valet service is available at the front entrance of the medical center.

This position will have clinical responsibilities including provision of care inpatient and outpatient for patients with Advanced Pulmonary Disease and Lung Transplant. Additional areas of clinical focus could include interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, general pulmonary disease and critical care, based on candidate's interest.

Candidate will participate in clinical teaching of fellows, residents and medical students, with an opportunity to participate in didactic teaching. Completion of an accredited Pulmonary Fellowship. This position has been identified as a position of trust with access to vulnerable populations. The selected candidate will be required to pass an initial Caregiver Check to be eligible for employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and then every four years.
