Wait minutes to allow adhesive to flash off but remain tacky , then firmly press panel to wall. Wait 10 minutes for adhesive to flash off but remain tacky , then firmly press to wall. If using mouldings, squeeze a small bead of silicone caulk into moulding channel before inserting panel. Mark the location of each wall stud on the ceiling and floor using a pencil so that you can see the marks once the panels are placed against the wall. Fit the first panel into place flat against the wall starting at one end.
Hammer panel nails though the panel into the remaining studs along the panel in the same manner. Butt up the second panel against the edge of the first panel. Fasten it to the wall studs in the same manner as you did with the first panel in Step 6. Repeat this process until you have completely covered the entire wall with tempered hardboard panels.
